Saul Salama
Saul Salama is an experienced hockey executive and program builder with a background spanning professional, junior, and elite development levels. He has worked closely with organizations including the Los Angeles Kings, Manchester Monarchs, Ontario Reign, and NHL Alumni, gaining exposure to every facet of professional hockey. During this time, he also contributed to the development of protective equipment currently used by NHL players.
Saul Salama is an experienced hockey executive and program builder with a background spanning professional, junior, and elite development levels. He has worked closely with organizations including the Los Angeles Kings, Manchester Monarchs, Ontario Reign, and NHL Alumni, gaining exposure to every facet of professional hockey. During this time, he also contributed to the development of protective equipment currently used by NHL players.
Following his work in professional hockey, Saul transitioned into coaching and ownership at the Junior A level, where he built multiple nationally competitive programs. As co-owner of the Carolina Eagles (now Hurricanes), he helped lead the organization to a USA Hockey National Championship in 2014.
In 2015, Saul founded the Charlotte Rush (USPHL Premier & Elite), one of the league’s most successful programs, capturing National Championships in 2017 and again in 2021 at both the Premier and Elite levels. He later expanded with the Charleston Colonials, whose teams quickly reached National Championship finals and semifinals.
His passion for the game is rooted in development—identifying potential, building confidence, and pushing athletes to reach the next level, whether that be junior advancement, college hockey, or beyond.
Saul emphasizes character, discipline, structure, and accountability, creating environments where players are pushed to reach their full potential as both athletes and young men, while developing a clear pathway to the next level.

Andy Radke
Andy Radke has been with the Lake Tahoe Lakers organization for three seasons and involved with Jr. A hockey for over 5 years. Starting on the Lakers coaching staff, Andy has moved up to the role as GM to help better elevate the operations and experience of the Lakers. Previously, Andy worked as a marketing executive for fortune 500 companies to help scale marketing initiative to grow business revenue. Andy has been able to apply that knowledge to the Lakers to expand the brand marketing and operations increasing revenue while continue to evaluate and recruit a competitive team over the last three years.

Tyler Dill
Tyler Dill is a proud product of the USPHL, growing up in Tahoe and playing for Saul Salama the Charlotte Rush, winning a national title. He went on to play hockey at the NCAA level and professionally between the ECHL, SPHL and Europe, finishing out his playing career with the ECHL Tahoe Knight Monsters. This is his second season on the Lakers coaching staff, bringing his hockey knowledge to develop players as individuals and team play. Tyler achieved his pro and coaching goals through USPHL opportunities.

Zach Wickson
Zach Wickson is a former Canadian goaltender from Calgary, Alberta, known for his size, composure, and consistency in net. Wickson developed through the highly competitive Canadian junior ranks, including experience at the Junior A level in leagues such as the NOJHL and KIJHL. Prior to his junior career, he earned recognition in the BCEHL, including being named U18 Best Goals Against Average, showcasing his early dominance in net. He went on to play collegiately at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (ACHA), where he delivered a standout 2021–22 season with a .930 save percentage and 17 wins. Wickson now brings his high-level playing background and deep understanding of the position into coaching, helping develop goaltenders for the Lakers in the NCDC.
